Although ADI DACs offers high-speed and precise conversion of data, they are not sensitive PCB layout. The large number of channels would affect on the difficulty of routing the signals especially if you are targetting a small area for the part. On the other hand you may want to take a look on the Application Information section of the AD5372 Data Sheet. You might also be interested in this article.
