Query about AD9963's Output Frequency

I used AD9963 in my project. Now the output frequency is double of my desired frequency. DLL is used. I read Register 0x72, DLL is locked. however, the frequency doubles...

what may be possible problems? Could you please help with the case or give some comments on it?
