Receiver for Analog Front end reduced range lvds output

   ADDI7013 has a reduced range lvds output ( 200mv). My FPGA mini lvds input range is 200-600mv as receiver.

Is it safe to use mini lvds as the receiver?

   ADI7013 's pixel rate is 75Mhz. Does it work with 20MHz or 30MHz pixel rate?
