A search of the error message "CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory. UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory" suggests this is a problem with the Command Prompt (CMD.exe), not our tools.
I found the following knowledgebase article for Windows XP - if you are using a different operating system there may be other OS-specific KB articles that detail a fix. There is a Registry entry for the command prompt that checks UNC paths (and should be changed to disable it), or you can map your network drive to a letter:
