You can import data files and perform FFT processing and analysis on the data. An easy way to do this would be, from the "New Canvas" dialog, open up an FFT canvas for one of our products (e.g. ADC/Single Channel/AD9467/FFT). Delete the ADC Data Capture block and replace it with a Pattern Loader component, wiring the output from the Pattern Loader to the Input Formatter component. Browse and select your file and enter the appropriate sample frequency. Then, open up the settings for the Input Formatter component and select the appropriate number format, resolution, and alignment (which refers to the bit offset of the most-significant bit). This should work assuming the file loads without a problem.
