But meantime, can you confirm please, that you are using the 2014_r2 image? And a few other questions:
- How you trying to change the partial bit stream?
- You are using the IIO OSC plugin?
- Did you try to read the PR_STATUS register?
- Are you sure that the partial bit streams are coming from the same built as the static bit, which was used to create the BOOT.bin?
