Any accels suggestion for vibration monitoring?

Hi,

I've been working on vibration monitoring project that must have ~200g range and extended temp of up to 150 degC.

I did a preliminary search on ADI's MEMS product line, and it seemed only ADXL001 and ADXL180 were suitable.

I would prefer to implement a 3-axis, digital output accels if you have such product.
