How to control external PA and Antenna Switch when using AD9361 as tranceiver?

Hi Micheal

I have a question that how to control external PA and Antenna Switch when using AD9361 as tranceiver. You know generally current PA and switch chip employ MIPI RFFE as control interface, but AD9361 don't has MIPI RFFE IO.

So, could you please help to tell me how to control PA and Switch at this condition?
