LCD light control: NVIS/DAY 50%+50%

This is a military application.

The design  issue:

Need to design a "complex potentiometer" with the following features::

1-NVIS zone-When the potentiometer will turn 0 to 50 % the LCD current / light will change from 0-10%

2-Day zone - When the potentiometer will be turn from 51% to 100 % the LCD Current / light  will change from about 25% to 100%

3-The control voltage to LCD is: 300 [ mv] to 900 [mv]

4-Has to withstand MIL STD 461F requirements

5-Using Analog Devices components as much as possible is suggested.
