fmcomms1 reference design of version1 and version2

Hi,

   I am using Xilinx ML605 board and AD-FMCOMMs1-ebz (rev B), and I have used ISE 13.4 to implement the pcores from reference design (version1 at 2013) with no-OS drivers in which I only used the ADC link, and then I find it is not stable in ADC that sometimes it received right wave but sometimes received random noise data which is obviously wrong. So I consider to update the pcores (HDL) to version2 recently.  I see there is version 1 and version 2 in HDL reference design in AD-FMCOMMS1-EBZ HDL Reference Design [Analog Devices Wiki] , but I do not see the no-OS drivers having version 2. Is it the same in no-OS drivers for version 1 and version 2 in hdl reference design pcores ?
