Okay, I understand what you're trying to accomplish. Since the ADIS16223 product does not support continuous data streaming, you are probably going to have to do your own discrete design, if you require the same dynamic range and bandwidth support. I would recommend starting with the ADXL001 for your accelerometer sensor.
In addition to your continuous streaming function, perhaps their would be value in developing a smart interface software suite for the Android that accommodated a variety of ADIS16xxx products. How fast can you transfer data to and from the Android?
Is this something you are planning to market & grow into a business or do you see it only as an instrument that you need serve your personal needs?
